j In the event that data collected dn any twelve-month period starting after January 1986 show,that the applicable redon standard is cM met, the obligation to phase out occupancy of the town will apply. Notice to occupants will be made within two months of the report showing that the standard is not raat. Wietco will insure that all properties are vacated to later than one year from the cata that notice is required to be gi n.
In the event that monitoring cata!ccMected pursuant to Paragraph 3 4.
shows that the 3 pCi/1 standard fbr radon is not met, in addition to the requirements of Faragraph 3, Lbutco will tubmit to the State a plan designed to achieve compliance with the 3 pCi/1 standani.. This plan will be deve oped and submitted to the Radiation Control Division within six acnths after the. erd of the twelve-monthiceriod in which monitoring data shows r on-compliance with that raHon standard. remedial sensures within six :non s of receiving State approval of the plan. The plan will also provi for completing the apprtved remedia) measures within twelve isonths af r the date for s, tarting to implement those measures.
- 5. The second portion trf the schedule, i.e.. efter 1986, described on 7 9-48 of the PELAS as proposed by Umatco is dependent on the Town of fJravan being occupied.
In thef event that Ursvan is not occupied, that schedule will not apply.
