20555 Re: Uravan Uranium Mill; Uravan, Colorado Dear Mr. Grimsley We are currently engaged in litigation involving the above captioned. environmental waste site. Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, we hereby request any and all documents, studies, and reports relating to the Uravan Uranium Mill Site in Uravan, Colorado.

While I am aware that the amount of material requested is l

voluminous, I would appreciate a response indicating what type of I

materials are available and the approximate time required to complete this request as soon as possible.
