This letter is in reference to your letter dated June 8,1990, requesting an update of the a
registration ' certificate for 3M's sealed source Model 3B4G. As discussed in our telephone conversation this morning, the following is needed to complete our update of i
the registration certificate:
1.
Drawing 12-1921-0780-8 shows the length of the stainless steel tube as " ACTIVE LENGTH". ' The description states that this " ACTIVE LENGTH" will vary.
Please submit the range of active lengths of the sealed source, j

Since the source is not labeled, please submit details of the information contained on the labelling on the storage container and the information contained in the i
. certification certificate which will be sent to the customer.
