" INSERVICE TESTING 0F THE PUMPS AND VALVES" Gentlemen:
In accordance.with the requirements of 10CFR50.55a(g), TU Electric transmitted two (2) controlled. copies of the CPSES, Unit 1, Inservice Testing (IST)
Program Plan.. Revision 3 to the NRC via the TU Electric letter logged TXX-89565, dated August 21, 1989. A controlled copy of the IST Program Plan was also sent to the Region IV office, the NRC Resident Inspector, the Texas Department of Labor and Standards, and the Hartford Steam Boiler.
Page 64 of Appendix A of the IST Program Plan was inadvertently omitted from
.the transmittal.
Enclosed is Page 64 of Appendix A. " Relief Request Number 16.6", to be inserted into the applicable.cnntrolled copies of the IST Program Plan, Revision 3.
