In accordance with your application dated June 16, 1989, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1873 is hereby amended to reflect updates made to the original license including changes which have resulted from previous license amendments. Accordingly, Condition 9 is revised to include the date of June 16, 1989.
All other conditions of the license shall reniain the same.
Revised NRC Materials License No. SNM.1873 incorporating Amendment No. 7 and a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
