Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Om?ha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating i.icense" which seeks to amend Section 2.15 and 3.1 of the Technical Specifications. The changes requested pertain to surveillance testing of the Alternate Shutdown Panel (ASP). OPPD respectfully requests implementation of the revised specifications on March 15, 1990.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes oi' the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides the " Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration."
