. Anendn;ent No.119 to license DPR-57 on December 23; 1985. ' The NRC., letter 1 forwarding Amendment No. 119 stated that other changes requested by GPC were-still under review and would be addressed separately.

.it was probably' simpler to withdraw the outstanding portion and then resubmit a' revised request at a later date. Your letter of May 15,7 1989, requested'such' withdrawal. '

Accordingly, we will take no further action on the outstanding . portions' of your August 1,1985 Technical Specification change request. LYou'may resubmit' any. revised change request at 'any time. .
