General It is our understanding that any equipment covered by this application will be subject to all provisions of the Agreement for Cooperation between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, signed in Washington on June 29, 1981, provided that export credit financing is approved by the U.S. Export-Import Bank for El Dabaa Unit 1.
This letter is issued on behalf of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania with headquarters located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
