St395ARY CF OPERATDG EKPERIENCE The unit operated at 100% power until August 09, 1989, at 1920 hours0.0222 days <br />0.533 hours <br />0.00317 weeks <br />7.3056e-4 months <br /> when Reactor power es lowered to 95% to repair a nanway leak on the 4B Irw Pressure Feechster Heater. At 0000 hours0 days <br />0 hours <br />0 weeks <br />0 months <br />, August 10, 1989, Reactor power was at 99% with work cantinuing an the nanway leak. At 1054 hours0.0122 days <br />0.293 hours <br />0.00174 weeks <br />4.01047e-4 months <br /> the Iow Pressure Feedwater Heater 4B was returned to service and Reactor power to 100%. At 1723 hours0.0199 days <br />0.479 hours <br />0.00285 weeks <br />6.556015e-4 months <br /> Reactor power was again rwhvwi to 95% to repair a level switch on High Pressure Heater 7B. On August 11,1989, at 0300 hours0.00347 days <br />0.0833 hours <br />4.960317e-4 weeks <br />1.1415e-4 months <br /> the 7B High Pressure Feedwater Heater was returned to service and Reactor power returned to 100%. The unit r-4=rl at 100% power for the renainder of the nanth.

II. MAXR SAFEIT REIATED MAINI'ENANCE ACTIVITIES

1. Pepaired leak on instrument line to pressure sensor on Class 1E Electrical EtJuipment Air Conditioning Unit SGK05A.
2. Replaced maehan W 1 seals and bearings on v.mpant cooling water punp PEG 01C.
3. Replaced notar on containment spray pump discharge isolation valve EEW6.
