Thank you for your letter of August 25 _1989, asking for a copy of the Rules and Regulations gove,rning proceedings of the type in which you'are involved. I apologize for the delay in my response, which was caused by my-extended which your letter absence from the office during the' period in was received.

Since there is no local public document room (where the Rules proceeding, of Practice normally are available) for this I am forwarding to you a copy of the Commission's Rules of Practice, as set forth in 10 C.F.R. Part 2.
