Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an addendum to Inspection Report No. 50-483/88008(DRSS) transmitted
by our letter dated May 31, 1988.
The addendum consists of comparisons of
results of analyses performed on a liquid spike submitted to the Station
after results of analyses performed on a monitor tank sample collected
during Inspection 88008 yielded disagreements. The monitor tank results
were discussed in Inspection Report No. 50-483/88017(URSS). Open
Item 50-483/88008-01 is closed.
Please attach the addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have regarding this a'Jdendum.
