NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-361/96-12: 50-362/96-12
Dear Mr. Ray:
An NRC inspection was conducted September 9-13. 1996. at your San Onofre
Nuclear Generating Station. Units 2 and 3. facility. The enclosed report
presents the scope and results of that inspection.
The San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station physical security program.was
examined during the inspection. The inspection activities consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observation of activities in progress.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by
Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the
material will nol be placed in the Public Document Room.
