Units 2 & 3 NRC Inspection Report 50-361/96-12, 50-362/96-12 Plant Suooort This was a special, announced inspection of the licensee's vehicle barrier system program utilizing Temporary Instruction 2515/132 (Malevolent Use of Vehicles At Nuclear Power Plants), dated January 18, 1996.

Five unresolved items were identified involving the vehicle barrier
