Gentlemen:
On April 29, 1987, TV Electric letter logged TXX-6415, and on September 25, 1987, TV Electric letter logged TXX-6763, provided notification of reportable deficiencies involving cable tray splice / connections and field drilled cable tray holes in Units 1 and 2.
In the lastest report logged TXX-88590, dated August 1,1988, TV Electric clarified the corrective actions relative to the resolution of these issues.
The purpose of this report is to update the completion schedule for these activities.
The estimated completion date for the modification of cable trays or cable tray splices / connections that do not meet the minimum requirements is revised from prior to Unit I hot functional testing to prior to Unit 1 fuel load. The Unit 2 schedule has not changed.
