to the Fermi-2 Operating License, No. NPF-43. The proposed change would have j
modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to consistency

between the applicability and surveillance requirements of subject TSs to better fulfill the objective of maintaining radioactive gaseous releases As-Low-As-Reasonable-Achievable (ALARA).
The TSs identified for revision were Gaseous Effluents, Venting or Purging (3/4.11.2.8); Containment Systems, Drywell and Suppression Chamber System (3/4.6.1.8); Gaseous Effluents, Dose Rate (3/4.11.2.1); and Radioactive Gaseous Effluent Monitoring Instrumentation (3/4.3.7.12). Subsequently, by letter dated April 5, 1989 (NRC-89-0082), you withdrew the amendment request.
This letter completes NRC action on TAC No. 72056.
