Subject: Inspection Report No. 50-213/89-04
A routine, safety inspection of your annual emergency preparedness exercise
was conducted by Mr. C. Amato of this office and other members of an NRC
team on April 21-22, 1989, at your Haddam Neck Plant, Haddam, Connecticut.
Discussions of our findings were held by Mr. Amato with you and your
staff at the conclusion of the exercise.

the inspection consisted of selective examination of pmcedures and
representative Ismrds, interviews with personnel and observations of the
eHix3ency exercise by team members.
