SUBJECT:
CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3 (CP.-3) - CONFIRMATION OF LICENSEE RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 88-03 (TAC N0. 73869)
By letter dated June 15, 1988 Florida Power Corporation (the licensee) responded to NRC Bulletin 88-03.
In its response, the licensee confirmed that activities required to address the issues discussed in the Bulletin have been performed, and it was concluded that Crystal River Unit 3 does not use the General Electric HFA latching relays in safety-related or non-safety service. Therefore, we consider this action complete, and TAC No. 73869 closed.
By copy of this remorandum, Region II is advised of the licensee's position on this matter.
