We have received your response dated June 8,1989 to the subject bulletin stating that there are no Westinghouse mechanical plugs from the heats identified in the bulletin installed at Crystal River Unit 3.
Your response also states that you plan no further action as a result of the subject bulletin.
In this regard, Action Requested, Item 2.d of the bulletin implicitly includes the action not to install any of the identified plugs in the future. We view your response as including a commitment to conform with this action.
If this is not the case, please inform us immediately.
Based on this interpretation, we find your response to Bulletin 89-01 to be acceptable, and our effort on TAC No. 73166 is herewith complete.
