In conference calls with the NRC staff, your staff. committed to provide further information in a revised submittal to support this amendment request. This revised submittal with further infonnation has not been scheduled to be submitted within the next two months. Since your currently docketed application is not now supported by sufficient technical information, nor will it be in the near future, your request for license amendment is denied.

A copy of the Notice of Denial of Application for Amendment to be published in the Federal Register is enclosed for your information.
