12. Release of equipment from the plant site to unrestr'cted areas or to onsite clean i

areas shall be in accordance with the enclosed " Guidelines for Decontamination of i Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use or Termination of License for Byproduct, Source, or Special Nuclear Material" dated May 1987. jlN

At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facility and site N in accordance with the general Decommissioning Plan submitted with the. renewal I application dated May 26, 1987, so_that these facilities and grounds can be I released for unrestricted use. The financial' commitment associated with the Plan, assuring funds for decommissioning, is hereby incorporated as a condition l y
