Areas examined during the' inspection included the liquid and gaseous-
radioactive waste managementLprograms,. Within these areas, the inspection:

interviews'with personnel, and observations-by the NRC inspector.

inspection findings are' documented in the enclosed inspection report.

During this inspection, it was found that two of your? activities,:resulting in

Licensee Event Reports issued by you, were in violation of.NRC: requirements.

The corrective actions taken by your staff prior to this inspection 'regarding
the' Licensee Event Reports and subsequent Notice of Violation are considered
adequate to prevent similar recurrences ~
