Examination Report On May 12, 1989, the NRC administered an examination to an employee of your company to operate your San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3.
As a result of-this examination the candidate was found to not meet the minimum qualification requirements for licensing.
At the conclusion of the examination on May 12, 1989, the examination process and associated licensing issues were discussed with a member of your staff identified in the' enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and enclosures (1) and (2) will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosure (3) is personal Privacy Information and will be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 9.17(a)(6).
