Thank you for your response of June 16, 1989, regarding our request for information pertaining to 10 CFR 50.7.
Our evalu-ation of that response is ongoing.
We noted that you marked your response " CONFIDENTIAL
- NOT FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE" and attached an affidavit which invoked 10 CFR 2.790 restrictions for the response.
We appreciate your sensitivity to the subject matter dealt with in the responser however, blanket protection for the entire document does not appear. warranted as much of the response addresses matters which are publicly available by virtue of the Department of Labor proceedings.
We request that you identify, with specificity, those pertinent portions of the response which you considar to be sensitive in-formation that should be withheld from public disclosure.
