FINAL RULE ON EXTENDING THE IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD FOR CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE PROPERTY INSURANCE RULE (10CFR50.54(w)(5))
On February 24, 1989 Samuel Chilk notified you that the Connission has not objected to publication of the subject final rule as contained in SECV-89-049. Consequently, the Federal Register notice extending the implementation period contained in 150.54(w)(5) is enclosed for your signature. As requested by your staff, we have revised the Congressional letters for sty signature.
