DOCUMENTS RELEVANT TO REGULATORY HISTORY OF THE FINAL RULE ON THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DECONTAMINATION PRIORITY AND TRUSTEESHIP PROVISIONS OF PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS As requested by memorandum from Michael Lesar dated April 17, 1989 I have compiled the enclosed documents relevant to the regulatory history of the subject rule. The documents have been given the designation "AC26-2" and are indicated for either the Public Document Room ("PDR") or Central Files ("CF").
My understanding is that many of the enclosed documents are already in the Public Document Room, but I have enclosed them here as well, as requested in Mr. Lesar's memorandum.
