-security screening deficiencies. During discussions on August 15, 1989,
'with Mr. J.:Brownell of your staff and Mr. G. Pirtle of this office, we were advised that. your Quality Assurance Department conducted an audit-t' of the security screening. contractor between August 2-4, 1989. You are requested to' send us a copy of the Quality Assurance audit report so we can review all available information pertaining to the security screening
' deficiencies..
