request of April 17, 1989, to amend the Technical Specifications and Operating License Nos. OPR-39 and DFR-48 for Zion Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2.
These amendments consist of a proposed change to Technical Specification Tables 3.1-1 and 4.1-1 to address operability and surveillance requirements for Reactor Trip Breakers in accordance with Generic Letter 85-09.
