NO. DPR-9 FOR FERMI UNIT 1 (TAC N05. 57716 AND 61665)
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued Amendment No. 9 for Possession-Ocly License No. DRP-9 for Fermi Unit 1.
This amendment renews License No.
DPI'-9 and revises the Technical Specifications in response to your application of t'ay 17,1985 as supplemented by letters dated July 23, 1986 September 15, 1986, September 25, 1987 September 15, 1988 and December 22, 1988.-
A notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Opportunity for Prior Hearing related to,the requested action was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on November 7, 1985 (50 FR 46371).
No comments or requests for hearing were received. This amendment renews the possession-only license until March 20, 2025. We have restated the license in its entirety, incorporating previous amendments that reflect the present defueled possession-only status of Fermi 1.
Enclosed with the amended license is a copy of the Notice of Issuan::e of Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the Environmental Assessment and the Safety Evaluation Report.
A notice of issuance pertaining to this action will appear in the Commission's notice publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
