We have reviewed the enclosure to your letter of June 16, 1989, summarizing the NRC staff's understanding of the dispute between CASE and TU Electric regarding the 1982 RCS Cold Hydrostatic Test at CPSES and of the respective positions of CASE and TV Electric on the three issues raised in the dispute.
We believe that the summary generally reflects the principal arguments made by both CASE and TU Electric and do not have any clarifications to suggest.
