In accordance with your application dated April 1,1989 (submitted by letter dated March 30,1989), and pursuant to litle 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1227 is hereby amended to revise the pos-session limits and to include the date of the revised Radiological Contingency Plan.

Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of April 1,1989, and Conditions 6, 7, and 8 are revised as follows:

Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation 2 August 11, 1989 for uranium piaces Advanced Nuclear Fuels (ANF) in the Category II classifica-tion for material control and accounting (MC&A) purposes. The amendment is necessary to permit ANF to remain in the MC&A Category III classification.

This amendment is issued for the convenience of i the Commission to maintain up-to-date references to the Plan in your license.
