Specifications 4.5.1 and 6.9.3.b, enclosed is a summary technical report entitled, " Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Oyster Creek, March 1989." This report contains the methodology utilized to perform the primary containment Type A test of twenty-four hour duration and the four-hour supplemental verification test. Testing was conducted from March 6,1989 through March 8,1989. The results of the tests were satisfactory.
