- 9. Authorized use:
For use in accordance with the statements, representations, and conditions of Chapters 1 thru d of the license application dated November 26, 1985, and supplements dated May 2' and June 19, 1986; January 20, January 29, April 27, May 26, August 10, Septcmoer 1, and December 8, 1987; March 30, June 14 and June 20, 1988; March 31, May 19, and July 17, 1989.
l 10. Authorized place of use:
The licensee's existing facilities at the NNF0 Research Laboratory except Buildings A and C.
The room that houses the exhaust fan and stack in Building C is an authorized place of use.
- 11. Sealed sources shall be tested in accordance with the enclosed " License Condition for Leak Testing Sealed Sources Which Contain Alpha and/or Beta gamma Emitters."

- 12. Release of equipment from the plant site to unrestricted areas or to onsite clean i
areas shall be in accordance with the enclosed " Guidelines for Decontamination of ill Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use or Termination of License for Byproduct, Source, or Special Nuclear Material" dated May 1987.

- 14. At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facility and site I
in accordance with the general Decommissioning Plan submitted with the renewal l
application dated May 26, 1987,.so'that these facilities and grounds can be y
released for unrestricted use. - The financial commitment associated with the y
Plan, assuring funds for decommissioning, is nereby incorporated as a condition I
