This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R.

of your staff and Mr. K. Poertner of my staff on June 9,1989, concerning
cn enforcement conference to be conducted at the Region II Office, 29th floor
conference room on June 28, 1989, at 1:00 p.m.

to discuss environmental qualification issues as delineated in our Report
No. 50-302/89-09.
