Dear Mr. Rouse:
The reference inspection report (Part H (3) on pages 10 and 11) notes that the subject Radiological Contingency Plan issued on July 25, 1988 did not properly reflect the Rocketdyne retention process for off-site support agreement letters.
Accordingly, section 8.2 of the subject plan has been revised.
Six copies of the revised page 8-1 and the cover page indicating the revision date are attached.
This revision of the Plan does not reduce the response effectiveness of the Plan and in accordance with 10CFR 70.32 ( i ),,
no Commission approval is required.
