FERMI-2 NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST-(TAC NO. 71228)
By letter dated August.5, 1988 (NRC-88-0173), you applied for an amendment to the Fermi-2 Operating License, No. NPF-43.
The proposed change would have modified the_ facility technical specifications to add a new specification, numbered 3/4.7.10,. for' the Noninterruptible Control Air System to properly.
account for the unique system design at Fermi-2 and prevent interpretational problems.
Subsequently, by' letter dated April 4, 1989 (NRC-89-0076), you withdrew the amendment request.
This letter' completes NRC action on' TAC NO. 71228.
