This Is' In response to your memorandum of August 9,.1978 regarding the subject matter. Ve have reviewed the-11st of components, at-tached to Westinghouse's application for an export license dated August le,1978 (enclosed) against the criteria of 10 CFR Part 110,

However,'the components listed in Exhibit B are Identifled as flS$$ ccapenents; therefore, strict cpp1! cation of Criteria (a)(9) of 10 CFR 110, Appendix A would Indicate that these cceponents would require a specific Ilcense for export.
