Region I office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania on June 1,1989, to discuss
Maine Yankee's corrective actions for the 1987 full participation exercise
deficiencies identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Representatives of the State of Maine and FEMA also attended the meeting.
Attached is a summary of the meeting.
To formalize the commitments made at that meeting, please submit to the NRC,
within 30 days, a written report detailing the corrective actions that will be
taken to fully resolve the FEMA identified deficiencies and a schedule for
completion.
