TRANSFER OF COMANCHE PEAK INVESTIGATION TO THE OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS FOR REVIEW On October 31, 1984, Mr. John Beck, Assistant to the President, TUGCO, cal t.ed to infonn me that TUGC0 security is investigating potential misbehavior of the TUGC0 Vendor Audit Group.
We believe that the nature of this investigation. outside the scope of the efforts of NRR, but it appears to fall within the scope of efforts under way by your Office. This is to confirm our understanding that 01 will follow-up on this matter for any wrong doing by that utility.
I discussed the details of the TUGC0 investigations to date with T. Gilbert of your staff on October 31, 1984. Please contact me if you have an,y questions regarding this matter.
