FSAR'have' occurred. As agreed, therefore, no additional justification or analysis isirequired.
In summary, the changes:
1)
Delete a reference to Table 3'.6-2=in. Technical" Specification:
1.7, which had been heretofore' overlooked;
-2)
Include'a footnote to explicitly allow certain CIVs,to be-briefly opened; and 3)
. Implicitly acknowledge that changes to FSAR Table 6.2.4-1, as to any part of the FSAR, are made pursuant to 10CFR50.59.
