CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN REVIEW By letter dated March 1, 1989, General Electric Company submitted changes to their Radiological Contingency Plan (RCP) for the Vallecitos Nuclear Center as required by License Condition 12 of Special Nuclear Material License No.

SNM-960. These changes reflect the changes in responsibilities for the Occupational Health Nurse.

These changes do not decrease the response effectiveness of the RCP. These changes are administrative and will not endanger the environment or'the public health and safety. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), the staff concludes that neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this action.
