By letter dated July 11, 1988, as supplemented April 11, 1989,' Carolina-

' Power & Light Company _iCP&L) submitted a license amendment request for the-

Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1-and 2.

The proposed request revises-the index of the Technical Specifications for consistency. The NRC Project Manager recently requested CP&L to review the previously submitted Technical-Specification pages to ensure the incorporation of recent-license amendments.

The Company has determined that certain proposed Technical Specification pages require updating to incorporate' issuance of-previous amendments.

Enclosed-is a summary of the revisions necessary, along with the~ updated proposed Technical Specification pages.
