OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR JULY 1987 The plant operated at essentially 100 percent power until August'14 at 1800 hours0.0208 days <br />0.5 hours <br />0.00298 weeks <br />6.849e-4 months <br /> when the plant began a power reduction to zero percent power and was taken off line on August 15 at 0114 hours0.00132 days <br />0.0317 hours <br />1.884921e-4 weeks <br />4.3377e-5 months <br /> to fill the oil reservoir to "B"

primary coolant pump. The plant was later placed back on line at 0624 hours0.00722 days <br />0.173 hours <br />0.00103 weeks <br />2.37432e-4 months <br /> and escalated to 68 percent power. At 0404 hours0.00468 days <br />0.112 hours <br />6.679894e-4 weeks <br />1.53722e-4 months <br /> on August 17, the plant was manually tripped due to a leak on the EHC lube oil line to the #4 governor valve. The plant returned to critical on August 18 at 1730 hours0.02 days <br />0.481 hours <br />0.00286 weeks <br />6.58265e-4 months <br /> and was placed on line at 0433 hours0.00501 days <br />0.12 hours <br />7.159392e-4 weeks <br />1.647565e-4 months <br /> on August 19. The plant escalated up to 93 percent power and remained at this power level due to #4 governor valve experiencing excessive vibrations, forcing it to remain closed. On August 23 at 0630 hours0.00729 days <br />0.175 hours <br />0.00104 weeks <br />2.39715e-4 months <br />, the plant tripped due to a failed voltage regulator on the main generator.

The plant returned.to critical on August 25 at 0222 hours0.00257 days <br />0.0617 hours <br />3.670635e-4 weeks <br />8.4471e-5 months <br />, synchronized to the grid at 1515 hours0.0175 days <br />0.421 hours <br />0.0025 weeks <br />5.764575e-4 months <br /> and escalated up to 93 percent power and remained at this power level through the end of the reporting period, f
