SEABROOK PLAN FOR MASSACHUSETTS COMMUNITIES - INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR FULL DOWER REVIEW NRC and FEMA have agreed that certain infomation which was not in the Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities because it was redacted is required for the full power license review. The required information, which was discussed with your staff on December 15, 1987, is identified in the enclosure.
