. with the Miscellaneous Amendments to 10 CFR 73.55, codified by NRC in August, l
1986..Those portions of Issue 2 that address tne Miscellaneous Amendments are being reviewed by our Headquarters' staff who will respond to you directly
. regarding their acceptability, i
i We have reviewed the remainder of this plan revision and have determined that-portions of the revision are. consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p),

-and are considered acceptable..However, certain other portions are not j
considered acceptable for'the reasons stated in the enclosure to this letter.
For the portioris considered not acceptable,. you are to revert to previously i
l approved plan wording / modify accordingly and submit corrected page revisions to this office within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
If you wish to pursue
. changing your plan with respect to the portions considered not acceptable under 10 CFR 50.54(p), you should submit the changes under the provisions of 10 CFR l
50.90.
l The enclosures to your letter and the enclosure to this letter are being i
withheld from public disclosure, since they contain Safeguards Information l
and must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
