l In accordance with your application dated August 14, 1987, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Pert.70, and Section 20.302 of Part 20, Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to authorize the offsite disposal of industrial waste products (calcium fluoride) containing enriched uranium. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of August 14, 1987.
4 All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
