We have received a copy of your application dated July 30, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application transmitted the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station's Restart Plan. By Confirmatory Action Letter No. 86-10 dated August 27, 1986, your Company was informed that a formal restart program and schedule were to be submitted for NRC review and approval.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your July 30 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
