-i As previously reported, the failed tube is located at the 7th tube support plate (TSP) on the cold leg side. During the recent ou' age this tube was t

examined up to and slightly past the 7th TSP on the hot leg side. No significant EC indications were identified during the recent inspection.

As of approximately 2000 hours0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br />, 7/21/87, the licensee has successfully completed a fiber optics examination and identified the failed tube to have a circumferential i
