License Amendment Application to Delete Appendix B, Environ-mental Technical Specifications (TAC No. 52418)
Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an application for an Amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
This application supersedes Item No. 3 contained in Toledo Edison's letter to your office dated August 18, 1983-(Serial No. 979).
Item No. 3 involved deletion of certain sections of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License, Appendix B, Environmental Technical Specifications..
The enclosed application requests that the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License be revised to modify License Condition 2.F.(1) and delete the remaining content of the Appendix B, Environmental Technical Specifications: Table of Contents and Sections 1.0, 3.1, 4.1 and 5.1 through 5.5.
All actions required to satisfy the remaining Appendix B Specifications have been completed and therefore Appendix B may be deleted.
Toledo Edison requests that this amendment be approved and issued by December 31, 1987 and effective 14 days from issuance.
This application supercedes a portion (Item No. 3) of Toledo Edison's previous submittal dated Auguat 18, 1983 (Serial No. 979). Therefore, no license application fee per 10CFR170.12(c) is required.
