SUMMARY

OF CHANGES Two (2) additional changes to the Quad Cities Station Technical Specifications have been identified and are listed below as follows:

1) Page 3.2/4.2-17, Table 4.2-1 (DPR-29)

(a) Under Note (9), change the time delay setting from "3([ t 6 10" secondsto"3d!t(;9". The 10 seconds value should be changed to 9.

2) Page 3.2/4.2-17, Table 4.2-1 (DPR-30)

(a) Under Note (9), change the time delay setting from "3 f-t 610" seconds to "3 fi t 6 9".

The 10 seconds value should be changed to 9.
