SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-361/98-11; 50-362/98-11
Dear Mr. Ray:
From July 20-24,1998, a radiation protection inspection was conducted at your San Onofre
Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the
scope and results of that inspection.
Overall, the areas of the radiation protection program that were reviewed performed well.
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's ' Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
Should you have any questions concoming this inspection, we wili be pleased to discuss them
with you.
